faresgig.com,the Online Travel Portal offers Cheapest International & Domestic Airline Tickets. Our web services offer online availability from Airline Reservation Systems. The Fares shown are dynamic and are the cheapest available fares. The Fares may change dynamically at the time of Ticketing, depending on the booking class and availability, without Notice.faresgig.com is a facilitator on behalf of the Airlines for Airlines reservations & Ticketing, The users make bookings on the website, and per our Terms of Services given below:
1. Flight Bookings
Passenger names must be same as on the Passport - Photo ID.
For long names, provide only First, Middle & Last name (no initials)
Travel may not be permitted, with incorrect name, &ticket need to be re-booked with charges.
For Child or Infant discount, must enter date of birth (DOB).
Provide passengers correct MOB No. & E-mail to receive E-ticket, SMS, & flight changes.
Customer must check Names, flight details, departure & arrival times at the finalizing/payment the booking.
Once Tickets are issued, Airlines cancellation, refund and all our applicable fees apply
2. Travel & Medical Insurance
Passengers are advised to undertake their own Travel & Medical Insurance.
The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Passengers, Baggage or for any other direct or indirect loss.
Airlines Fares are dynamic and may change, at the time of Ticketing, depending on the booking class availability and the Fare difference as applicable will apply.
3. Online Payments
Online Payment Options, provide details of Credit – Debit Cards by Master, VISA, AMEX, RuPay, UPI, Online Net banking or Wallets. All transactions are SSL - 3D Secured.
Airline fares are shown in multiple Currencies, and but paid in Indian Rupees.
Customers are responsible for exchange rates and Bank changes.
4. Passport & VISA
Passport must be valid 06 months on the date of departure & till the return flight.
Customers are responsible to have VISA’s for Transit & Destination countries.
As, all flight bookings are done at the discretion & selection of the flights, Faresgig cannot be held responsible for off-loading or denial of Travel by the Airline or Immigration, irrespective of any irregulatories overlook by the passengers.
As International Tickets are being booked Online, Faresgig has no means to ascertain your Visa requirements.
Passenger must consult the VISA requirement for all transit & destination countries, before booking International Tickets.
Faresgig are not responsible, if Airlines or Immigration deny Travel.
Passengers must carry printed e-ticket with Passport – Photo ID to Travel
For protection of customers travel plans, any request of any nature by SMS / Whatsapp / E-Mail / Face book messenger / or any other medium will not be entertained.
Airline fees & Taxes will apply for amendments/cancellations/Name correction, Refunds or any change on Domestic flights. In addition, Faresgig standard service fee Rs. 300 per person / per sector, Bank fees & GST will apply.

In case of “No-Show” on Domestic or International flights, Airlines & Faresgig, Service Fees will apply.
5. Convenience fees paid for bookings are Non-Refundable.
The Refund amount will only be refunded & credited to the Debit or Credit Card and or the Bank Account or source of payment, from which the Ticket was paid. For any amendments/cancellations/Name correction, Refunds or for any changes, the Airlines difference of fare, if any, and Airline fees’s will apply. In case the new applicable fare is lower than the Original ticketed fare, the difference, if any, cannot be refunded. In addition, our rebooking charges apply.
6. Boarding
A boarding pass is provided by an airline at check-in, to enter the Airport restricted area, and to board the airplane on the booked flight, which identifies the passenger, flight number, date, boarding time and the scheduled time of Departure.
Faresgig shall in no way be responsible for Airlines, denying Boarding Pass or Boarding, the booked flight, for safety & security is the discretion of the Airport Authorities & or the Airlines.
The Airline can deny Check-in or boarding for any reason, at their discretion for not complying with the Airlines documentation, Passport or VISA requirements, Customer Profile, Customs & Immigration regulations for Transit or Destination.
Airlines Rules, Tariffs, Penalties & our Service fees apply for all changes, re-routing or refunds.
Convenience fees, Transaction & our Service charges are applicable
Discounts, Promo Discounts, or Airline Special Discount shall be deducted / recalled.
Cancellation of Domestic or International flights within 24 hours, after 6 PM, must be done with the Airlines directly, and advise us the Cancellation no. for processing any Refunds.
Requests by WhatsApp or SMS or on any other media not accepted.
In case of 'Web or Tele Check-in' the bookings cannot be changed or cancelled, the customer must contact directly with the airlines, only at the airport.
Flight bookings not cancelled before 24 hours, in advance are treated by the Airlines as “NO SHOW”, and not eligible for Refunds.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Booking Cancellation must be done 24 hours before Departure.
Bookings not cancelled are treated as “NO SHOW” & airlines Refund rules apply.
In case of any Natural disaster or cancellation of flight, Faresgig will not be responsible for any compensation or refund and for Refund or Compensation; the Passenger must contact the airlines directly.
Any loss, due to noncompliance of VISA transit & destination regulation, will be the customers’ responsibility & Faresgig will not be responsible for any loss of cancellation charges.
For any Cancellations made with the Airline, request airlines to endorse the PNR, to process any Refunds, if applicable.
Refunds are subject to airlines cancellation, refund, no-show, penalty rules & Service Fees.
For Refunds, Airline cancellation fee and our service fee & bank charges apply.
Refund can only be paid to the original Credit – Debit Card holder or Remitter.
For Partially Used ticket Refund, airlines Cancellation, Refund, Penalty, Rules with banks & our Service fees apply.
Part Refunds are subject to approval and confirmation by the airlines.
Any discount, rebates or Promo discount, bank charges are deducted and re-called.
Meal, priority seat or any special services charges are Non-Refundable.
In case of Medical or Death of passenger or immediate family member, refunds are subject to airline rules and at their discretion.
Taxes are non-refundable.
No refund would be payable after the expiry of the ticket validity.
8. Unutilized Travel Booking
Ticket once issued, Airlines cancellation, refund and all other fees apply.

9. Promotion Codes
Promo codes apply only to online bookings & not bookings e-mail or phone.
